Perfect for traveling!
I have a multi-port usb charger that I took with me to Europe and didn't want to mess with power adapters so I found this that plugs directly in. Works great!

Worked nice, fit my Dell charger
Bought this to have as another option for my trip to Portugal (just completed). Usually I would just take a Schuko adapter and plug in my existing 3-prong cord, but decided to get this so I wouldn’t have to use the Schuko every time. Also because my Schuko adapter is not grounded, and I wanted to have a grounded connection. The “Mickey Mouse” (yes that’s what it’s called) end for fine into my Dell laptop charger, and the business end for fine into every EU outlet I used. Kept my laptop charged just fine over the week I used it. It’s a relatively thick cable, not sure but might be ok for higher-wattage (90W or more) laptop chargers).I’m now keeping this in my suitcase along with my Schuko adapters for my next trip.

Solid cable
It works. I can't say anything else but I wanted to note it feels of a good quality, it is thick and feels solid. Check my image.

Works great for Alienware
On a 3 week international trip currently and this works great. Much better than using an adapter with a USA plug so I can take with me to various factories on my tour.

Very thick and heavy, unnecessarily so
I'm not sure why a power cord that is meant for portable electronics needs to be so thick, heavy and inflexible. I'm not powering a Tesla. Half of the AWG would have been plenty.
