Better than I expected! These pots and pans are better than I thought they would be! They have some weight to them but are not too heavy. My last set (another brand) were very flimsy. My daughter recommended these and what a great choice!

Well below vs metal handles, substantially below vs non-metal.The size is good for many things, including making frozen udon!I kind of wish i had chosen a different color. This pot is exactly how many before good reviews have already described it. It is functional and too beautiful to put away. It sits on my countertop and is used daily. Easy to clean and it is light to handle. Love the spoon that comes with it so you remember to use a wood spoon rather than something that could scratch the pot.
