The foam tube can be cut into small pieces to separate toes where they might be rubbing against each other to provide comfort and relief from soreness.

Too much information I know but I had an ingrowing toe nail on a little toe and it was really painful. I looked at many 'toe protectors' but in the end chose this one because I could cut it to size and it was soft. When it arrived it was easy - cut a piece off the end the right length for my toe. I then massaged antiseptic cream into my toe and nail, put the little tube on. Easy and brilliant. With a shoe or shoe and sock on it did not come off and was really comfortable and yippee, no more pain. Four days later, having done this every day my nail has started to grow back, it has not been irritated, it has been protected, and has started to grow back normally. (good tip -I snipped a very tiny 'v' out of the middle edge of my nail which gave the nail 'room to grow and expand' as it got better- ). I have had no pain and I am a very happy. So. There you go. Basic foam tube but it works fine. And very cheap to do.

I purchased this foam to protect my big toe, however will not fit over my size 4's probably work on small toes.

The product is easy to cut and forms a great cushion between aching toes. I used it for a corn on one toe and it has eased my problem tremendoesely.

Only one piece in the pack, picture is misleading, expensive for one size.

Without this toe protection I would find walking very painful. The foam is very comfortable and is what Podiatrists use. I ordered the size which is slightly too big for me but I can adapt as required.

Good product reasonably priced, good for intended purpose. My only criticism would be that they advertised over lap is not as much as the NHS provided tubing, otherwise would recommend.
