Sorry not feeling any heat. This is my first day so maybe it will change but not sure how unless it’s a defective patch. The sleeve is very comfortable and even though the patch isn’t radiating any real heat my knee pain seems to be lessening. So maybe the herbs are enough. Also,it stinks. Sitting in my easy chair trying to figure out what the fuel like smell was and where it was coming from. It’s the patch

Warming herbal patches for knees smell very nice of herbs, I like this smell. I stick them on my knees to warm them up, and the patches warm them up, and it is a pleasant warmth. I use knee pads to fix the poultices that I use to treat knee joints. The knee pads hold the compress tightly on my legs.

Got this right on time. Tried it today. So far so good. Felt comfortable while walking.

The pads are very strong, I could smell the ingredients.
