主に懸垂用と言うよりもケーブルマシンのハンドルとして使用しています。ケーブルマシンのストッパー部分や終端の金具部分を握るよりも安定して握れるため高強度でトレーニングすることができ、また握り方によってキックバックやレイズ、ロウイングなど色々な種目に使用できるためとても便利です。強度は十分でそれなりの重量を使用しても全く不安はありませんでした。
