Great Product and Seller
Seller shipped it very quickly. The battery lasts remarkably well. It is compact and very lightweight. Takes a little getting use to the Chrome OS if you haven't dealt with it before on a Chromebook. It had only one USB drive but I added a powered USB hub that works great with it. Great for playing Android games because it doesn't tie up your phone and with Google docs it does great for home office. It works well as a typical laptop or flip it to use as a tablet. I liked the first one I bought so I purchased a second one.

Great product for my middle school daughter
My daughter wanted a smaller laptop and light weight too. So I bought her this for her birthday. I've never used a Chromebook before, but was easy to install. The battery life is great and very light. My only regret is I should've waited for the 2020 model, but nonetheless, works great!

My "Go-To" Laptop for My Seventh Grader
I have a seventh grade daughter who brings a computer to school with her every day. This is the device that I buy for her. In fact, we've bought two (after she stepped on the first because it was buried under clothes on her bedroom floor ; ).I love the cost and value. It's hard to find a device with a long battery life, a touch screen, and "convertability" at this price point. It's not a pretty device, but it is functional times ten.She loves the touch screen and being able to flip it back and forth from tablet mode to laptop mode. That's an important consideration when buying devices for kids: They don't use devices in the same way that we do. Having grown up with tablets and phones, they are much more comfortable touching screens and using touch keyboards than we are --- but having a full keyboard is also pretty essential for a school computer.Long story short: If you are looking for a device for an elementary/middle school student, this is well worth your consideration.

Great first computer for 7 year old
Purchased this laptop for my 7 year old son for his virtual school. I wanted him to have simple to use not too heavy but durable computer. This laptop seems to be perfect so far. It is not the lightest but it’s not the heaviest laptop either. Pretty average in weight and is not a problem for my son to carry in bag pack when necessary. The touch screen is perfect as my son is so used to using iPad that he in fact prefers to use the touch screen versus the mouse.Prior to purchasing laptop, I read full description that states that this laptop is drop resistant and also safe if kids spill water on it. This is very important feature for me because my son is not the most careful kid with his belongings unfortunately. So far these features haven’t been tested, just hoping that is true. The initial set up was not very good. Not sure if it was my technical knowledge or simply was not that easy to set up account and connect to WiFi. Actually, my sons school also had hard time connecting it to the school WiFi, took them 3 days!!Anyway, overall I am happy with the laptop. I think it was great choice for my son.

The computer is working very well.
I am going to keep this computer. At first I thought it did not work correctly. This was due to a problem with the internet connection and not the computer. The Internet connection was corrected, the computer works very well and I am a happy customer. Thank you for your patience.

Wonderful!
This computer is really great! I bought because I was wanting a computer for myself (instead of using my school computer all the time) and it's really great! The picture is excellent, the sound is pretty good, you can adjust the brightness, and the battery life is amazing. I only have to charge it once a night and it lasts all day. It comes with the computer, lots of instructions, a computer mouse (I really love it :3), and the computer itself. I've downloaded Netflix, Disney+, Duolingo, and probably much more. It's a Chromebook so it has a play store. (Cross my fingers there will be no problems in the future)Nothing more to say than I love it! Definitely recommend!

Excellent unit
This is a really good computer. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a good screen, lightweight and excellent battery life. Keyboard is a little plastic-y but it’s no different than comparable models. For the price this is a solid investment esp for school-aged kids

Great for School Aged Children (Middle Grades)
I got one of these for each of my 9 year old twins for homeschooling during covid. They love them. They are quick machines and easy to use for everything we need them for. Very user friendly. The flip and touch screen features are nice to have. These chromebooks are pretty lightweight and compact enough to carry around easily. Good battery life. The kids are able to play Roblox on them, but Minecraft is crazy complicated to install if you're not a computer geek.
