Great replacement mechanism
Smooth movement, single spindle - delivered assembled on a length of wood to maintain shape. Needed to trim the ends to size for my door but it slotted in without issue. Ended up having to adjust the receiving plates on the frame for both the upper roller and upper hook since they fowled on installation but not a big deal. Half expected it since it was quite an old mechanism that was replaced.

Delivered on time, easy to fit, door lock fixed in 30 minutes.Size may need to be adjusted depending on door but a junior hacksaw and a screwdriver is all you need.
