Hi it takes about 4 wks but you do need the sun or sun bed ive just been away for 10 days got a lovely tan so they have helped but there are better ones on amazon and they give you a really nice tan they are called dr viton bronzan in a brown bottle hope this helps regards sharlene

Use a sunbed but I didn't find them great

Are these a hard tablet or a capsule?

These are hard tablets in a bullet shape so easy to swallow, they did nothing for me though
