This donut pillow helped me during my postpartum recovery. I had a 3rd degree tear from natural birth and it’s so uncomfortable sitting down during the first 6 weeks especially when I am feeding the baby. It then can also keep spine aligned while protecting your lower end from feeling pressure or, for example, speed bumps (but of course, always be WISE & PRACTICAL, cushion or no cushion, and drive slowly over speed bumps to protect residential kids/elderly/animals and yourself with spine or tail issues)!I have one I move around the house, and now one I keep in the car for driving or taking into meetings or restaurants! I may get a 3rd too! Perfect gift as well!Perfect Black classy dark color and soft buttside and NO SLIP underside that grips a nice flat surface!FYI: I learned this works BEST. In a surface the appropriate height for sitting properly, NOT jacked up on s bunch of pillows as then you lose spine protection and can feel pressure in tail. Though, I need a little height so one 2”inch cushion plus my donut seems to work okay, but nig higher, and idealIs s a chair that puts knees at 90-degree angle ( not too high fir hips or spine and not too low for knees).Test out in s perfectly flat kitchen chair and you can feel the ideal, then test out how you can get that same dojnevfriendly feel in other surfaces/furniture.If it feels uncomfortable then you are adding to either the wrong surface or have put too many squishy pillows under it. It is made to hold its own in basic surface. High quality simplicity!

Very good product!

It helps realign my posture and makes it more comfortable to sit upright for long periods of time. I had a lot of muscle weakness and it helped rebuild those muscles. It also helped stabilize my core and support my arm movements. Now I can sit more comfortably even if I don’t have it.Though it only works properly within a certain temperature range. But isn’t horrible outside of those ranges. It’s very hard in cold weather, very soft in hot weather. The instructions tell you what the temperature range is.In normal temperatures it is very firm memory foam. It’s still comfortable when you are sitting on it, though. It also doesn’t work great on a recliner.

It is not comfortable at all. Won’t buy this again

This pillow is soft but yet firm enough to do exactly what it was made to do. The center hollowed out line is perfect for relieving pain from all areas of the bottom and back. I am very impressed with the construction and feel of this donut pillow. It also has small rubber like nibs on the bottom to keep it from sliding on hard surfaces such as wood or plastic chairs. I would like to find this in a slightly larger size, but this has been working great at home and while traveling. I do recommend this donut pillow for its intended use of relieving pain.
