This is very well and cleanly packaged. There is not excess cardboard used to ship it. It came with excellent instructions and everything needed to install artwork properly except, of course, the tools necessary. I used a powered drill and it a quick procedure.I really love the product. I used the thin frame and it was exactly what I was looking for - just a bare minimum frame. I didn't want anymore depth or bulk added, but wanted the edges to my canvas covered. It is hung on the wall very securely and looks fantastic. I thought the price was just right as well.

It is such good quality! I tried several frames and this was the best one. Super easy to put the canvas in and secure it. I love the light wood color too! So pretty!

This frame is very well made and looks great. I framed a little canvas-wrapped board I had painted. You need spacers during installation in order to keep the artwork centered in the frame. I had good results with some spare 1/8" foam core cut into strips; to keep them from falling out, I used painter's tape to stick the spacers to the frame when I wedged them between the artwork and the frame.

My fav float frame and I’ve tried a few in Amazon. I wish they did more sizes but you can’t have everything I work around what exist. Beautiful finish, perfect depth, easy to rig up. Will always stick to ampersand from now on.

I love this frame, just wish it had glass to protect my oil pastels. I know other reviewers say they have odd sizing, and that is true. But, it’s because Ampersand designed these products to work with their surfaces (Pastelbord, Gessobord, cradled panels, etc.). They are versatile enough for other surfaces, though. I framed my oil pastel that was made on Ampersand Pastelbord, and it’s a perfect fit. It’s a bit finicky to get the picture to float correctly, but I’ll definitely buy more frames. Only complaint is this seller originally sent me the wrong frame. Amazon resolved that issue pretty quickly.

I really like the quality of wood and how it looks and feels with the artwork installed.I painted on 1/8” panel so I had to attach small wood blocks on all four sides. Small blocks were included in the package. There’s a little gap between the wood frame and artwork which looks super elegant. But it was a bit difficult to place the artwork right in the center.I wish they included the spacer that we can use to hold the space between the frame the artwork so we can easily install the artwork right at the center.

This frame was amazing. It fit my wooden house print wonderfully. It was well made and sturdy. Came with everthing you need for hanging it. Thank you

This is more than just a frame; it's an entire framing kit to properly attach a flat canvas painting into a proper frame meant for a canvas painting. I found it a little tricky to get my artwork properly spaced in the frame, but the supplier's suggestion to wedge the cardboard from the packaging around the edges was the best way to do it for the artwork I was framing.I bought the black frame; the frame itself is great quality, and having my artwork framed absolutely elevates the look of it while allowing me to properly hang it on the wall.Highly recommend this kit for framing a canvas painting!
