I just started taking this product 2 weeks ago in the morning and decided to try it in the afternoon when I start to become tired. This has been a game changer for me and has increased my energy so that I don't need to take an afternoon nap. The taste is bitter so I do recommend that you mix it in something or chase it with juice.

This was suggested to me by my doctor. i have to say it was hard to get past the taste at first. but after just 3 weeks i noticed improvements with my energy levels and health. it was quite subtle at first, the lack of desire to sleep so much and take naps. and then slowly i felt stronger and feel now as if i have endurance for the first time in many many years. the doc adjusts my dosages and monitors my progress with it, which has made a good deal of difference, as what he suggested i take is different than the recommended dosage, and i can only assume it would be different per person based on their hormone balance.

Natura makes high quality products. My husband has been taking this daily for over 10 years. He’s a healthy 82 years young and uses this instead of a multivitamin.

I purchase Vital Adapt from my doctor (Naturapath) but sometimes I can't get over to his office (an hour away) so I ordered this. This seems to do what it was designed to do, give me adrenal health, but this one is very strong. Not saying that either taste good, but this one is very strong. Also the dropper is narrower than the one from my doctor's and so I can't get as much each time and I am not quite sure if I get enough or too much (I am supposed to take two droppers full twice daily but take three droppers from this one because there is so much less in there). Just be careful with any Vital Adapts to cover your clothing when you take it because it you get a drop on clothing, it just doesn't want to come out. I will buy again if I need to. Happy that it is on Amazon.

In 2017, after I was diagnosed with Hashimotos my naturopath suggested I take Vital Adapt along with my thyroid medication. I had been on medication for a couple months and felt even better with taking Vital Adapt. Soon after, I became pregnant with my first child and I was advised to stop taking Vital Adapt. Fast forward to 2020, and I was trying to get pregnant again. After a couple early miscarriages, I remembered Vital Adapt and thought it was worth a shot. Not only did my anxiety symptoms improve and I had more energy, I was able to get pregnant and now I’m 16 weeks along. I’m not taking Vital Adapt because of the pregnancy, but I plan to again soon after giving birth and I hope to avoid the awful postpartum thyroiditis I had after my first child was born. I truly think this supplement helped me, and I look forward to using it again.

I believe that I see results from this product. My doctor recommended that I take it and I chose the liquid as I know that it gets into the system more quickly as there is less to break down in a liquid. What I notice most is my thinking is quicker and clearer. So it is effective for handling stress. But it does not taste good at all. So I chase it with a little water.
