This is the first fisheye zoom I've ever seen so I had to get one. There are not a lot of commercial or even practical uses for a fisheye but it sure is a lot of fun to use. Being able to get extremely close to something huge and have it all fit in the frame really makes you rethink how you are going to shoot. And being able to shoot 180 degrees also forces you to rethink everything. If you are looking for a creative tool to get you out of a rut this is it! I swear I giggled every time I pointed it at something.

This is a fun lens! Being from the film camera generation I had no trouble using this lens. I just wish they would have put a depth of field scale on the lens that shows what is in focus at which f-stops. at the widest angle the lens hood shows in the view make sure to remove it to get the full view and not the edges of the hood

I own a few fisheye lens, namely a 6.5mm and an 8mm, and I can easily say this is my favorite lens so far. The image is sharp, and I love how much depth of field this lens gives me. You can look at what I mean in the example photos. I also love being able to go from a super wide fisheye look, to a near rectilinear look with very wide angle. This is a lens I will carry in my photo bag when I travel.

Manual focus, basic no frills, but totally works and is super fun. I shoot a full-frame, a7riii, so this was a gamble, but I love it. It's a strange one - not usual, which is why I bought it. Images are fisheyed and I don't mind at all. Consider using with pets, landscapes, or friends. I wouldn't recommend shooting an entire wedding with one; however, you just might get a bride/groom's favorite, most creative photo with it. I will always keep it in my bag.

This did not work on my camera, I could not get it to focus, the image was so small. I have used all kinds of lenses from manual to auto, and because my last wide angel had manual focus i thought this would be great, but it is not for a full frame camera. It will work, but no matter what it says this is not for a full frame camera.

I like the idea of the Zoom lens because it allows me to mount it on my camera and avoid keeping taking my backpack off and switch lens, when I’m walking or skateboarding around the city and want to get some cool wide street photos “On the go”.At 6.5mm the image isn’t that clear tho, so if you need a better quality and you have room in your backpack + a bit of time to switch lenses, I would recommend to get fixed ones instead.
