DEE ZEE DZ960050B Sport Bar

I started off getting the gorino and not only is it heavy as hell it comes in so many pieces and some of the parts were missing and the instructions were not well illustrated so I sent it back and just so you know if your reading this it's heavy and do not throw away the box it comes in you'll need it to send it back or if you can find a box big enough and it will cost you to send it back too so spend wisely $$$ . I got this Dee Zee one and to my surprise it's not complicated at all I had it together in 5 minutes and bolted to the truck in 20 minutes with some drilling but it's way better than the gorino and less complicated and looks better too and before i go you need to get a better rivet tool too and extra rivets if you got em trust me you'll thank me later....

Took a little bit of adjusting tightening and loosening to get the side to side fit right. I made the mistake of tightening things down as I progressed through putting it together. Recommend not tightening everything until the side to side fit is where you want it. Assembled it by myself, could be helpful if you have a second set of hands just because it’s bulky.Was packaged very well, no damage or missing hardware. Instructions are easy to follow.Love the way it changes the look of the entire truck.

Overall this sport bar looks good and assembles nicely, but doing a test fit the mounting plates didn't clear the edges of my Truxedo Deuce 2 cover on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. The cover mounts between the bed rails and it sits slightly on the top inner edge of the rails, which was enough to create interference for the sport bar mounting plates.Also, the location of the front holes on the mounting plates looked like it could be a problem to install the hardware due to the design of the bed rails on the Sierra.Based on these issues I boxed the sport bar back up and returned it.

Sturdy as hell , light works great . Easy to install . Only was missing like 2 bots nothing major . Really good value for you money compared too some other roll bars out there

Unfortunately the price you pay doesn’t reflect the quality,just look at the pictures and then think if you to buy it ,don’t recommend it at all.

Easy assembly, really heavy duty, easy installation, took about 20 minutes with the right tools and little help to adjust before final installation, look awesome in my truck.The only small negative is, the plastic covers for the bolts were missing, beside that great.

These were on of the cheaper options for my truck, but man. the quality was amazing.... delivery was amazon fast, the packing was very very good... instructions manual was very detailed and thick. extra parts were given depending on mounts and truck models. took about 2 hours to put together, install and wire... looks fabulous. I dont review often but the was much needed!
