Sleeping on Sandpaper
I'm so disappointed in these sheets. I've washed then once, and they feel like sleeping on sandpaper. I'm really confused as to how sheets allegedly made with "supima" cotton at "700" thread count can be so terrible, but they truly are. They remind me of cheap sheets I had at summer camp as a child. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least fit my bed without buckling and didn't shrink too much in the wash. These are by far the worst sheets I've ever owned and I feel cheated out of the $100 I spent on them.

Not white and not soft.
I’m VERY disappointed in these sheets. First of all, they’re not actually white. You can tell by the picture that they are grey. It’s not even a pretty grey. It looks like what happens to whites over time when someone doesn’t know to separate whites from colors in the wash. The top half is the Stone & Beam sheet and the bottom half is an actual white pillowcase already on the bed. Plus, these came out of the dryer super wrinkly. If they were actually white and felt good on my skin I would keep them. I can live with the wrinkles, but I have no interest in having grey scratchy sheets on my bed. I will be returning these and, washed or not, I expect to get my money back.

Linen sheets are very comfortable in hot weather!
Normally when I order new sheets, I look for a quality 100% cotton brand with a high thread count. As we all know, natural fabrics -- like cotton or linen -- help to keep the body cool in high temperature weather. Both fabrics work to quickly whisk away perspiration, soaking up 20% of moisture before ever feeling damp. Natural fabrics do have a tendency to wrinkle, but that can be avoided by folding the sheets immediately after removal from a warm (not hot!) dryer. This time, I was hoping to replace an older set of 1000 TC Egyptian Cotton sheets that were constructed from a thick material, with a textural feel I found extraordinarily comfortable on very hot days. (Those older sheets were from a different company, which is no longer in operation.) While searching for something similar, I ran across the Amazon listing for the Stone & Beam 100% Supima Cotton sheets. Accompanying images showed fabric that looked thick and textural, which was exactly what I was seeking. Additionally, the images exhibited quality construction, with beautiful hem stitching on all edges, and embroidered stitching on the flat sheet top hem. (See images).I purchased the Stone & Beam sheets (linen color), along with a sheet set from another brand. My thought was to experiment in trying out a few different brands. Delivery from Stone & Beam was ultra quick, so those went on my bed first. I've had these sheets on my bed for one week, during which time, my home city experienced unnaturally hot and humid weather. These sheets were wonderfully comfortable to sleep on during this past sweltering week! I will now take them off for laundering, with hopes that the next set of sheets (other brand name) can equal the comfort of Stone & Beam sheets. Highly recommend these sheets.

what a disappointment!
I did not find a single thing about this product that makes it special. In fact, after using I washed them and put them in the Goodwill bag.

Very Nice Quality!
The weight of these sheets is very nice. Nicely packaged if considering as a gift. Laundered easily, dried in a dryer. Pulled and folded immediately to reduce possible wrinkles. The top sheet top hem was a bit crinkled and required a quick hand pressing to straighten out. I never iron my sheets as a rule. Might consider doing the top hem if placed for guests. Ample depth for my king Ghost bed, all sides of fitted sheet were able to be tucked. Corners are nicely sewn, strong and straight. Top sheet was very nicely large enough to cover sides and tuck securely at the foot. These sheets are smooth, more like percale, not a brushed like micro fiber or bamboo. Light enough for summer and stout enough for winter. You cannot 'see' thru the fabric. All seams appear to be well sewn. Did not notice any lose threads or long threads before or after washing and drying. Would purchase again at this point. However, I've only washed and dried once as of this review.

Great sheets for a “Sheet Snob”
Yes, I am a “sheet snob”. Always on the lookout for the most comfortable, best quality sheets. I’m not a snob about anything else, but why not spend 8-hours of your day living exactly like a billionaire (after all, they can only sleep in one bed on one set of sheets, just like you!). For years I shopped for highest thread count, before I realized how that by itself is not a great indicator. Especially now so many cheap, synthetic sheets are advertised with non-existent sky high thread counts that do not breathe.Years back I stumbled onto Costco’s Kirkland 580 thread coins sheets, and was very happy. I tired to repurchase, but found these sheets are no longer available. So, I stumbled on these Stone and Beam sheets. These are amazing. Soft, smooth, silky, feel like they will breathe in warm weather. The stitching is even high quality. For the price, thought it was a bargain. Bought 2 sets because do not want to be in a position that these won’t be available when I need a new set. Haven’t had them long, but I can tell quality. Go ahead, spoil yourself and for a few hours of your day live like a king or queen.

Extremely Durable and Quality Bed Sheets
Fantastic bed sheets made even better by picking up two-sets when they were on sale. Even at full $$$ they would be worth the money. Can't recommend them enough!!!

Luxurious feel
At first sight, I was disappointed, as the sheets felt too soft and warm to the touch. After the first wash, I was delighted. The sheets are crisp and cool to the touch while being smooth. They feel so good and luxurious to the skin. The stitching is well done and the fitted sheet slips so easily over the mattress. They look like they will wear very well. I would recommend these sheets to anyone and they were well priced.

Nice but pillows slide out
The material and quality are quite nice but there is nothing to hold the pillow in place (no envelope or buttons), the pillows do not stay in the cases.
