10A Duo Battery Solar Panel Charge Controller Regualtor,12/24V for dual battery
Just installed the Charge Controller Regular from the "Sain Store" (along with the SainSonic MT-1 remote LCD meter from "Amazon Warehouse Deals, Inc.").So-far-so-good! Everything works as described, and was very easy to install. The price was OK @ $52.59 for the Charge Controller, but not the cheapest on the market for a like product, and the MT-1 Meter ("like-new-used") price was GREAT @ $12.55. "FREE SUPERSAVER SHIPPING" from Amazon.com with $25.00+ purchase was a real nice touch. Some products such as this one (sold online) are similar with no lableing to indentify the maker or where it was manufactured (USA, China, or outer space)!! That's my main concern here. Beside the Sain Store backing of there item, I have no product maker to rely on for trouble shooting issues or whatever, hopefully none will arise.Someone should look into labling these products better. Also, no product warranty info, which is somewhat disturbing!!!That being said, I would appreciate some sort of feedback on these issues, thanks a lot.Another somewhat happy Sain Store & Amazon.Com Customer, ***Art E.***

Dual Charge Controller is Great !
This charge controller is pretty unique as it will control the charge on two batteries. This is mounted between my two group 27 deep cycle batteries and my Renogy 100 wat flexible solar panel on my sailboat. I like the ability to define the charge process by the type of battery (AGR, flooded, or sealed) properties. It also allows you to control the rate that you recharge each battery with the default being 90% to battery 1 and then 10% to battery 2. This can be changed in 10% increments to 10% to battery 1 and 90% to battery 2. When either battery is fully recharged the full charge then goes to the depleted battery.I use a CPAP for sleep apnea that draws 3 amps at 12 volts on my sailboat or around 25 amps each night. With the Renogy 100 watt solar panel and this charge controler; I can feel confident that a full charge is available each weekend that I am on my boat.

Works well if it's hooked up in an odd way
It seems to work well, as long as I have both outputs wired in parallel to one battery. If only output 1 is connected to the battery, it will not always charge, but will let the battery voltage drop below 12.8 volts. If only output 2 is connected to the battery instead of 1, that seems to work OK. I haven't found a Support contact to let discuss the issue.A major reason for getting this charge controller is the available meter that can be easily connected to it, and that seems to give all the right information.

This is a solid little unit that worked well with my two battery setups, splitting the charge between the two. It works so well, I'm buying the 20 amp version as I add more solar panels to my system. The directions leave a little to be desired and it takes a few steps to get the settings right but it's been a great unit. There are not too many dual battery charge controllers out there and for the money, this worked well.

EPIPDB-COM DUO Solar Controller
I am very unhappy with this product. The EPIPDB-COM unit appears to be working with NO error messages. However when the MT-1 meter is plugged in, the error light is illuminated and will not function. The only item not installed is the remote temperature sensor which according to the instructions does not need to be installed. The diagnostic information with the unit is a joke (along with the entire manual). I have checked and double checked all connections. No customer support information is available in the instruction manual. I would NOT recommend this product!!!!

There isn't a lot of product information for this item. I installed it this weekend according to the instructions and I didn't have any issues with the controller. You must connect the batteries first, then the solar panel. I think it is a great product for anyone with two battery banks that they want to attach to a small solar panel and the price is right. Very easy installation.

I still haven't figured out with the buttons are telling me but so far it seems to be charging both of the batteries and keeping them topped off.
