Quality brand and supplement

My oncologist/dermatologist at Dana Farber recommended this brand as it has a great reputation for quality. She recommended it as their studies show that it helps to prevent/delay squamous skin cancers for those who are prone to them (fair white skin with much sun exposure as a child and teen). It really seems to have helped for me. Only issue is that the capsules are rather large and I take extra water with them.

My Dr recommended this and we will see in the long run.

Had some side effects - dizzy - sluggish - brain fog - stopped taking after a few days. Guess my body doesn't need it.
