I have had elbow joint aches in the past couple of years. So whenever I did weight training, my elbow joints would be sore. After taking the collagen, they hurt significantly less. Usually, right after weight training, my elbows would hurt--not so much any more. I can't say I've noticed anything about my skin, etc., but I can definitely tell a difference in my joints. I had been taking another collagen that is sold on Amazon , but it was just too expensive. I was paying more for a 90 day supply than for this 180 day supply. The other product also had less collagen per serving. I definitely think this is a good value and a good product. I would recommend it to anyone, and I will probably start subscribing to it so that I don't run out. Update: I've been using this product for several months now. I DEFINITELY notice a difference in my nails. Prior to using it, my nails were so brittle and soft that they would just tear and snag, regardless of how short they were. For that reason, for years, I had artificial nails. When the pandemic hit and we were all at home, I removed my fake nails and realized that my own nails were really strong, stronger than ever before. I really credit this supplement for helping to build my nails up. Because my real nails are so much stronger, I no longer feel the need to have artificial nails.

Came very quickly! I was having tons of fibromyalgia issues in my back & knee pain from past surgeries as usual. More so in winter. I'm only 44 & am crazy obsessed about having good all natural vitamins, healthy diet & exercise part of my daily life. All natural kind of person with as much as possible. BUT, I have given my body quite a beating. (I believe living life to the fullest, your only young once & life is waaay shorter then most of us understand.) I have been taking it for a very short time & am AMAZED how much better my joints & back feel not to mention my skin & hair. I'm thrilled about all the types of Collagens this particular brand has in it & even more thrilled about bone broth being part of this brand, Natural Elements. Bone broth & egg shell membrane is an excellent source of protein. I have also noticed my gut has been more relaxed & happy since taking this. There are SOOO many things in this short amount of time taking this great product that I have noticed. Too many to mention but I'll give it my best. I truly am amazed & had no idea my body was lacking Collagen. Who knew this one little product was what my body was needing a boost of. I will try & name as many benefits as possible that I have notice personally with my body... Joints don't hurt so bad (ALL joints, everywhere), fibro pain, hair feels great, nails, skin so soft & moisturized, soothed gut, face, dry eye's more moisturized, lungs can breathe better from polution, asthma & chronic bronchitis (quite a shocker), muscle & ligament tightness from stress etc. (alleviated), mood lifted, tired feeling (alleviated), feeling hungry constantly even after eating (gone!) Etc etc etc... I hope this helps give you some kind of idea no matter how small. I highly recommend having this in your daily life! Best decision I've made & wish I would have known much much sooner how much our bodies need this. Our bones are made up of more collagen then calcium. Did you know that? I did not. I did not get paid for this review. I am a real person with real problems looking for a great suppliment & have found a wonderful addition to my dailies. Absolutely will be buying this again for years to come.

I have been using this product for a while now, works really well in relieving joint discomfort in my knees. I have tried many of those joint relief pills/juices over the years and none had worked, so I decided to give collagen a try. It's not an instant relief though, it took nearly 2 weeks of daily use before I noticed there was no more pain and discomfort, with the added bonus of stronger, quicker growing hair and fingernails, and softer, smoother skin! I feel these are a good value, large amount of pills (even though you need 3 a day) of a quality product at a reasonable price point. I have my husband using these as well.

I have been using this for over 6 months. The dosage is 3 capsules daily. My first month, I took the recommended dose. Since then, I vary between 1-3 daily with biotin supplement. The difference is absolutely noticeable. First my skin…I’m 53 and I’ve done minor filler upkeep but this changed everything. My husband constantly tells me how amazing my skin looks. My hair has always been long and it’s growing like crazy and strong and thick. My joints are painless. I will never be without this. A $200 face cream, doesn’t compare to building better skin from the inside.

The collagen supplement capsules I normally get were out of stock so ordered these. This is a "no-frills" product meaning you only get collagen--albeit multi-source--but nothing extra like hyaluronic acid, biotin or vitamin C, all of which make great compliments to collagen. Product is better than not supplementing but I would suggest taking this with a multi-vitamin as it works better with vitamin C.

I’ve had 2 meniscus surgeries. I have been taking turmeric to help the frequent pain. It helped some, but I hoped to alleviate the pain completely. Research led me to try collagen. Further research and Amazon reviews led me to try this product. Collagen, with these types included, reportedly helps gut health too. I read some reviews online that some had even lost some weight using this product. I can stand to lose some pounds too, plus improve my gut health. I realize that supplements generally take time to show results. I’ve only been taking this for about 5 days as of this writing. Perhaps it’s a placebo effect, but I do believe that my appetite is somewhat suppressed. I am not seeing anything yet with improvements in my knees, but I believe it is too early to see results there. This is 2025mg per serving; a lot higher than most I have seen advertised. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day with 8 ounces of juice or water. If this works as advertised, the price is not all that bad for the 2-month supply. The capsules are not too large (1 pictured atop a US Dime), and they are easy to swallow with no stomach issues. I am still learning about collagen and its benefits, so I will leave this review at that. I will update the review with any relevant information.
