After reading several reviews and looking at several similar products, I bought this product because I was heading over seas. Normally for travel I wouldn't be too worried about battery life, as most tablets and laptops can handle roughly 8 hours of light use and about 5 hours of rough use (despite the testing you see on electronic websites which run them at minimal function, I have yet to see a tablet in real life use last for longer than 8 continual hours, especially if you run a game on it or use a heavy data function). But when you are in the air, with nowhere to charge and a long way to go, it seems ridiculous not to bring a back up battery.What I liked about this unit was not only the four charge ports (when you are married and have four kids each with their own portable device) all varying in wattage amounts (read the product description), but also the battery indicator on the front of the unit which displays how much charge is left in the portable battery charger. I think almost all the other rechargeable batteries I looked at didn't either have this feature, or if they did, it increased the value of the product beyond what I thought was reasonable.Several other batteries, maybe even more powerful than the one I bought (which I found 20000 mah completely in the right range for my uses), had only the three light system, or a light to change color that showed the amount of power left. I don't know about anyone else, but I like a little more specific answer than I have an "orange" amount of time left on my battery, or I have one light left. It was for this reason, and the price, that I took a leap at this product.I can say after four flights within one week, this little guy did his thing, and did it well. One of the things I liked about it was it was easy to find in my bag. The silver aluminum casing is directly influenced by old apple designs, but if it aint broke, well you know the rest.The other thing that impressed me was the weight of the battery. It may have weighed a little less than a pound, but for what it did, it seemed to carry a heck of a lot more charging weight than I thought possible. I charged three tablets, a phone, and a kindle during my trip, each time checking the battery response and how much was charged. In most cases it got the units back up to 80 percent in less than an hour, and after five products, the battery didn't even dip below 60%, and was actually closer to 67%. To be able to stay productive, working, and enjoying my flight as well as the rest of my family being able to enjoy it, the price I paid for the battery seemed little compared to the value and convenience I was getting out of it.There was only one quirky little part of this battery which at first I questioned, and that was the flashlight on the battery. I know that most phones have this already as a function, and that it seemed a little redundant or useless to have the function, but even that came through for me as I tried to root around in my bag looking for stuff. Granted, its a little heavier than a flashlight, and the light is about the same as you would get from an android or iphone, but I found it easier than trying to dig in my pants for my phone, and still be able to look inot my bag with enough light to find what I was looking for. For some this may be an extra and useless whistle, but it really doesn't hurt the product, and I actually found it at least useful twice.So to wrap things up, if you would like a lightweight unit, sturdy enough to travel with (although I would wrap the battery up in a cloth or put it in a plastic bag, due to the aluminum factor of the batteries casing), with enough power to charge multiple units without having to worry if you are also going to lose juice in your portable battery recharger, I highly recommend this unit. I especially suggest it if you are a constant traveler, or have lots of electronics that you might bring with you on a trip whether it be camping (good luck finding a plug) or a family holiday at Disneyland. This little battery charger does the trick, and more. After all what good is a phone if you can't even turn it on?

perfect battery for long trips. it saved me many times in my vacation in Orlando Florida. i got nexus 5 and it will easly will charge this phone 10+. even more. each charge for the phone will take only 6% from this monster battery.it charged the i pad mini 3 times and still got more that 50% of juice thats when the device it turned off.add to that this device has 4 ports for quick and standaed charge rate.highly recommended.

Product came 75% charged out of the box. It looks apple-like in design. I purchased based on the reviews, and so far I have charged my iPhone and iPad Mini. I have charge the iphone 3 times and the iPad once and I have 80% battery life remaining. Very convenient and charges my iPhone completely in a little over an hour. I may by another for my spouse.

This thing is amazing! I was able to charge my galaxy S5, galaxy tab 7, and two iPod touches all at the same time and the battery went down to around 55%. On the same charge, I was able to charge my S5 two more times and charge my 3DS along with my iPod again before it ran out.Only thing thing I can complain about is that the percentage screen is random at times... It will drop real fast to a general percentage than stay there for awhile then do they same thing. The LED light is also really nice.This is defiantly a good buy if you are looking for a power bank. I dont usualy write reviews but this thing is awesome works great holds charge for several charging cycles over several days which is great for me becuase I'm always mobile and I do everything via my phone. The 4 usb power ports great for multiple devices. It is alittle heavy but its alot of battery. Before I bought this portable battery I would carry a mini jump start battery which worked well but didn't look as cool, it had only 1 usb port and cost twice as much. This charger is super simple highly recommend.
