Magic beans
My doctor put me on these and I found it cheaper here. Wow! I actually started doing things, having more energy and handling stress better the first week. It absolutely was an initial burst that I adjusted to but yes I feel better for taking them. He did suggest to adjust my dosing as needed, anticipated tough days take 14, relaxed at home 10. We talked about mice studies involved and his personal experience so I was intrigued. I have crohns and celiac that are stress triggered which is why I am using this.

Made No Difference
I suffer with Hashimoto's Disease and the crippling fatigue and brain fog that can come with it (not to mention some episodes of anxiety). I was really, REALLY hoping this might help alleviate those symptoms (even just a bit), but I'm sad to say this made no difference. I may have well have been taking a placebo.Again, I wish I could write a glowing review, but it has done nothing at all for me.

I feel awake, but definitely relaxed and not jittery
I was about to take a nap since it's the afternoon and a beautiful day outside. You know; afternoon sleepies. Then I took my first 12 pills from the package and I felt....better. I don't feel like I need a nap anymore. I'm trying to cut out all caffeine and starch because I have adrenal fatigue from years of stress and a nervous breakdown from years ago. Meds like these help more than anything I can get from the darn doctors, which make me feel worse.
