Nikita Women's Chickita Snowboard

I bought this board recently for my sister, who took up snowboarding within the last year. We went on a Christmas vacation to Canada and stayed for a week. She used the board for the first 5 five days of our stay and then on the 6th day, unfortunately her board broke. Part of the A in the Nikita logo popped out, we still aren't sure quite how it did so, but she was upset since the board was brand new. We reached out to the seller on Amazon, DJ's Boardshop, and quickly got a response. Within a few hours, a representative was responding to us and helping us make a warranty claim with Nikita. No more than a day later, we had our claim approved and new board shipped out to our address.The board itself rides beautifully. It cuts through ice and powder with ease. When her board broke, we rented a board for her and she immediately could feel the difference in the ride. Her Nikita board, before the break, glides with ease down the mountain and is very light and easy to control. She's a beginner but was riding down black diamonds with confidence with her Nikita board. We all around recommend Nikita boards and the seller.
