Fantastic customer service
I bought this for my father as a present and got myself a similar product from a different brand. After having several issues with my earphones performance, I tried my fathers and ended up buying this item again for myself. They work great! No issue at all so far. I use them while heavily exercising (avid runner here) and I've had no issues with them malfunctioning whenever they get some sweat on them as I had with my previous ones. Totally recommended!Update: Had an issue with them but the supplier was very quick on solving it. In just a few days I was enjoying a new pair! Fantastic customer service.

Delivered quickly, e-mail telling they were on the way, then informed there was a slight delay with the delivery of a day or two, so really good communication, some companies don't even bother to tell you they have problems with delivery. I had just bought some bose QC 35 and was now looking for some quality Wireless Headphones, when i came across the I9 TWS, and for £30 compared to the £160 for the AirPods i take the chance and give them a try, they fit really well and comfortable good sound quality, and easy to connect to mu phone, so really happy with them. can't ask for more than that.

Absolutely love them!
Use them when I go to the gym mainly but I use them on a daily basis. Have had them for a couple of months now and there are no signs of them getting old/breaking. Pretty decent sound quality for the price you pay, but definitely not enough bass and the volume could be louder. They're comfortable too and great for me since they fit almost，Because it is a headset without wires. Battery life is great though and the mic works clearly when I make phone calls so no complaints, would definitely recommend!

I purchased these earphones after reading the reviews on Amazon and I am not disappointed. They are easy to use, lightweight, good sound quality. For £30 I would not expect to have breathtakingly detailed sound, but for the money I think what these headphones offer is exceptional.If the product sold for £100 I would give it three stars, it would be over priced. For £50 I would give it 4 stars. For £30 I am happy to give this 5 stars.
