Throw Rope Throw Bag 60 Feet Floating Rope for Boating Kayaking Ice Fishing Boat Safety

Bought it to fulfill Canadian requirement on my boat trip north. Easy to attach to rail and to life ring and works well. Hoping I never need it.

I got this throw rope bag for an additional safety item for our boat that we have a throw ring on as required. The bag is nicely made with a bright yellow orange color with a reflective yellow band at the bottom. It has 60 feet of floating line and appears easy to throw. It is easily attached near our throw ring with the line that closes the bag.

Used at summer camp, so purchased my own. Who knows when you'll need one.

This throw rope bag was purchased for use during Rescue Diver training. The bag is simple to deploy and is easy to throw 50+ feet with little effort. The rope floats as designed, as does the bag. Instructions on the bag are easy to read and understand. Good price point. Would purchase this product again.

This throw bag seems well made. It has the features you want. Drawstring closure to keep the rope inside when not in use, foam insert in the bottom to help keep the bag afloat, loop tab on the outside for securing in boat or hanging. Rope is 5/16". Overall size is between a compact and fullsize bag. I haven't used it yet so the long term durability is TBD. Bag material is similar to medium duty pack cloth. One minor criticism - the top loop is too large. Loops should never be large enough to get a hand inside. Simply re-tie it to be smaller. Also comes with a whistle.

It works well. Has a good throw weight and is a good size for river kayaking. Rope comes out smoothly if it's packed right. The knot and loop on the end are the proper size.

Just as described. I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I have it just in case
