I love this product

These were originally recommended by my chiropractor years ago. To cleanse my liver and flush estrogen. Girl these changed my life. I take 5 3xs a day initially for a few months. Maintenance just 3 a day. If you bloat easy start low or what ur Dr ordered. Their is no taste it's a pill. Sometimes I do have after burb but it taste like broccoli. They smell like you would expect... veggies. The price is cheaper than I used to pay. The quality of standard process is top notch. Highly recommend buying.

I greatly appreciate the rapidity with which my supplement came, within a day of my ordering it. This supplement is an experiment to see if it can halt my osteoporosis progress without using a more invasive treatment.

I take one capsule a day for two reasons: First, to get more veggie nutrition in my body because I don't eat as many veggies as I should; Second, I have fibroids and this supplement has eased the pain and pressure I occasionally feel having them. I love that this brand is made in the U.S.A., too.Edited to add: This has REALLY helped my plantar fasciitis. Unbelievable how much. Also, I wanted to warn that your urine will smell really bad while taking this. The product works so well, though, that it's something I can deal with.

This helps my vision for some reason. Also helps my stomach handle acids and sugars.
