Tastes nothing like Holladasie sauce. Aweful. Tasted it and threw it away.

Excellent ! I personally like it a little more acidic so I just add more lemon and maybe a touch of heavy cream. Great!

I Hollandaise really supposed to taste like this?
I thought I would finally try Hollandaise instead of Mayo, but maybe I just don't like Hollandaise. I thought it would taste better. I finally threw it out.

Meh, ok.
It was ok. Very thick, heat with more milk to right consistency. Too heavy on the lemon. Ate it, but will continue my search for a worthy one elsewhere.
