I am very pleased with this product performance and build quality. I replaced a Culligan SY-2650 since I could no longer find replacement filters. I looked at many other offering and reviews. I didn't want a RO system and was about to purchase another brand when I came across ISpring. I liked the different filter choices to address my water filtration needs and the purchase price was inline with what I wanted and expected to pay. The ISpring system is better then the Culligan that was replaced, water tastes better and flows much faster. When registering my product purchase Nick has been very helpful through the process and quick to respond. Very nice to work with.

Had an issue with one of the filter housings. Contacted iSpring customer service because unit was past returning to Amazon. Laurence responded very quickly and resolved my issue, sent me a replacement housing overnight, excellent customer service and communication! Wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from them. Filter system is working perfectly now. Very easy to install.

Hi Guys:) 🤗 Nitrates in my well water, 😩. Have been using the I spring 6 stage R.O. system for the past 2 years. Really happy with the functionality of this unit. Recently, I got a positive test result for bacteria.... right after I replaced all new filters. I called customer support and spoke to Nick. So helpful and accommodating. Nick offered a resolution and support. Customer service is the key to any product. I am leaning towards purchasing another I spring 6 stage unit instead of sanitizing my current unit, and getting a different plumber to install it. Thanks again to Nick, for all your assistance. Way to go customer service!!!

Bought the filtration system here on Amazon to get rid of the chlorine and ammonia our co-op uses in their chloramine treatment. At times our water would be worse than pool water. Since installing the filtration system all of that has gone away. I have a buddy who oversees a different water system come over and test mine before and efter the filtration unit. Before, my chlorine and ammonia hover close to the maximum limits allowed, after the filters they are close to non-existent. So they do the job just fine. Water pressure drop through my system seems to vary from minimal drop to noticeable, depending on the filters installed. I change them every three months, and some set of filters just have a worse drop than others. It takes us a few days to get used to it then we really don't notice it unless I change to aset with less drop. Overall, not a deal breaker given the benefit of having largely chemical free water to was with and consume. Definitely a money saver after about a year vs buying drinking water. And I can't help but think the reduction in plastic we purchase has to help along the way.

Filters work as expected, they last about 6 months, easy to replace, water flow is free and fast. Last stage makes the water taste better and chemical free. Noise levels are zero. Great replacement filter set. I bought two more replacement sets just to simplify my process, after getting this the first time.

Tutto perfettamente compatibile con i sistemi standard da 10” (nel mio caso un impianto iSpring, ma vanno bene anche su altri modelli). Le istruzioni sono chiare, anche chi non è esperto riesce senza problemi. Dopo il cambio si nota subito la differenza: ✅ L’acqua ha un sapore molto più pulito e fresco ✅ Spariti i cattivi odori ✅ Si vede la trasparenza dell’acqua migliorata ✅ Nessuna perdita o problema di compatibilità Inoltre, rispetto ad altri filtri economici provati in passato, questi sono costruiti con materiali di qualità, si sente la differenza nella durata e nell’efficienza della filtrazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, considerando che si tratta di un kit completo per 6 mesi. Non ha senso risparmiare sulla salute o rischiare con filtri scadenti. Consigliato senza dubbi a chi vuole garantire acqua sicura e di buona qualità in casa, risparmiando rispetto all’acquisto dei filtri singoli. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente per il prossimo cambio!

I have a pond and to reduce the heavy metals when topping up I use these in my filtration , does the job good quality and the value for money means I can change my filters more often than recommended , easy to use quick delivery 😀😀😀
