DTA D594-267 Premium Harmonic Balancer Crankshaft Pulley OE Replacement Compatible with Acura MDX TL RL Honda Pilot Odyssey V6 Accord Saturn VUE. Replaces Dorman 594-267

Perfect replacement on my 05 Honda Odyssey van. Lordy, that crank bolt is tight. Needed 10 minutes or so of heat, a 20” 1/2 drive Kobalt extension and a 1/2” breaker bar proper on a jack stand with a 4’ pipe. Then, with max torque applied, I tapped on the end of the breaker bar with a hammer.

Worked great and went on very easy on my 2007 Honda Odyssey. However, that crankshaft bolt was a nightmare to get off. I tried every YouTube video recommendation to no avail. Finally had to heat it up for 10 minutes with my oxyacetylene torch and it finally came off with an impact torque wrench right after heating it up.

The part came in a timely matter even though prime shipping wasn’t available. The paint started the flake and fall off out of the box so the standards aren’t top notch but the pulley went on as with no problems and works as expected. Would purchase again if needed.

No complaints. Arrived on time and seems to work fine. It has been ran, on the motor for ably about 5 minutes though.

Went on easy, looks like original and seems to function like original.

Perfect fit. The hard part is getting the old one off.

2007 Honda Odyssey. First impression was very pleased. It felt and looked like OEM quality. Hopefully it will last 150K more miles.
