(Writing from my husbands account) Every year I bake Ukrainian Easter bread (paska). It was a problem for me to find yeast that would raise the dough because the dough is very sugary and buttery, and with some of the yeast I bought here in the US my dough simply wouldn't rise. But this yeast is AMAZING! My Easter bread has never been better.

This yeast is one of the best out in the market. I like to bake and I try to always have in my kitchen.

I found one of these in a box of French bread mix for a bread machine and ended up using it for pizza dough instead. Originally I tried to find it under what I assume is its French name - Levure (since I found it in a French bread mix, I guess they had a different name for it?) Anyway, it had the same fancy loaf on the outside and same manufacturer and everything. This indeed made the BEST pizza dough ever. I have a recipe I've been perfecting for seriously years, and this yeast really made a huge difference.
