Defective product
The seller wont refund or give return label for defective product. I would not suggest buying from this company.

Making it right
After speaking with the company due to machine breaking after a couple weeks. The company reached out recently to offer to replace the broken machine with a brand new one. Although it did take sometime I believe both parties will in the end be happy with the results. Thank you to the company for reaching out and making this right. Here’s to receiving a new machine and moving onwards and upwards.
