Very good quality Boondi Jhara!
This boondi jhara is most perfect for making boondi laddus. The size (of the holes) is just perfect. Just make sure to wipe clean with your hands both sides of the jhara after each time you pour the besan batter into it for frying the boondis - that way the shape of the boondis come out perfectly round when you pour the batter into the jhara again.

The build is solid...! That was the first surprise since I expected a flimsy one. And the quality of steel used was even more surprising...excellent one with perfect holes. The handle is of solid and good quality wood. The length of the handle is adequate though it looks longer in the pic. Overall a perfect utensil.
