Excellent torch
Absolutely love this.I bought this torch to use with metal crafting /jewellery making, and it's perfect.I have damaged hands and this is light enough for me to manage quite easily. It's easy to hold and very easy to operate.I filled it with bog standard lighter butane gas , it takes a couple of seconds and is very straightforward.Definitely recommend.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

Forget the shed paint!!!!!! Try shou sugi ban! ;)
Go on have a guess what I used this for?!!......"shou sugi ban" which is a particularly striking method of preserving wood by charring it with fire!!! Forget the wood paint!!!! This was simple just butane gas and boom!! (Not literally BOOM, but boom as it looks amazing on my fence!)

Great little blowtorch
I love this little blowtorch. I use mine in the kitchen and for getting rid of bubbles when I’m painting with acrylics. Easy to use, and I’d recommend it to cooks and acrylic pour artists alike

Brill for toasted marshmallows and fire lighting
I originally bought this without really knowing what I was going to do with it.Then I saw large marshmallows in home bargains..... I know its cheating but the torch toasts delicious marshmallows in about 30 seconds.I also find it great for light paper in the fireplace. You will need a butane gas can to get started but these can be found easily in the likes of poundland (but now behind the counter to prevent abuse)

Great little blow torch.
To be honest I didn’t expect much from this when I bought it, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and reliability of this little blow torch. When it arrived the gas nozzle needed screwing back in, but that was pretty easy to do and after that it has worked effortlessly.Literally one push to the trigger and this thing is alight, the adjustment dial works well too, so I can use it for more delicate tasks, but it is great for things like starting my charcoal chimney for the BBQ 🍖All in all for the money I am very pleased with this blow torch and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Good for a beginner metalsmith
Beginner metalsmith. Bought this to practice at home as we were using very similar ones in class. Too scared to use the larger torches but this is great and user friendly. Have used it to make rings from copper, silver and brass and it has worked well. Struggled a bit more with brass but brass is a tougher metal anyway. Make sure the torch is full when using with brass. The flame obviously decreases as the gas level drops. I bought standard butane gas with various nozzles. Fills up quickly and lasts for ages. Can't beat the price either.

Easy to use and impressive kitchen blow torch
As a keen baker, I've been wanting to get hold of a kitchen blow torch for a long time. I decided to take the plunge with this one as it was a decent price and the reviews were good. I wasn't disappointed. Despite a little faffing filling it with butane (which was me not understanding what I was doing rather than any fault of the product) through the hole in the bottom, once I'd filled it, I found the blow torch very simple to use. There's a lock on the top to prevent it from accidentally igniting, and you can adjust the flame size using the slider on the side. Pressing the button on the back and holding it, ignites the flame once the lock is off. It lights easily and the flame is more powerful than you'd expect. I used it to blow torch the top of lemon meringue pies and I was really happy with the result.

works fine
Bought this product mainly to melt and secure the ends of polypropylene rope to stop it fraying (and other tasks). Was a little tricky to fill (this could be made easier I think), but it works just fine. Melting the rope ends works great! Even better than trying to mess around with a lighter or candle and it does it quicker and more accurately on gas setting #2. Didn't need it any hotter. I'm happy so far.
