Bake with Shivesh Kindle Edition

The book was delivered today but for me it’s a big disappointment as my expectations were much more than what’s in the book. There are very few recipes I liked as the ingredients used are not easily available in India..anyways this is my point of view about the book,it could be different for someone else. Returning the book for the same reason!!

Hey Shivesh.. I read this book and I am so so happy I ordered it! It just makes everything so easy to understand... Especially the photography section! I used to love photography when I was in school but didn't understand the technicalities of aperture, iso, shutter speed etc up until now. Also I love desserts and used to try and make desserts from whatever was at hand and learnt a few things from my friends etc.. Following your posts and reading your book just rekindled that interest :)

Between all my submissions, this is the only thing I needed atm ❤️Love how Shivesh has opted for this particular paper to get your book printed in! It gives the book such a rustic aesthetic feel! I don’t know why but when I made anything from this recipe book, it just dint turn out as good as it looks in the book. It seems like there are missing ingredients. I have been baking since I was 10 and I’m not a bad baker. But his recipes ain’t that great I feel. Nita Mehta has better recipes!

How can you’ll not include a list of all the recipes in the book!? How do we choose what to make? Readers cannot keep flipping through pages again and again to see what recipes are present in the book!Informative book but poorly planned.
