MELT DOWN
Not sure who to blame for this but when I received these, approximately 95% of these were melted in the package. It's as if they were left some place hot, say perhaps a hot vehicle! Pretty disgusting and the item can not be returned!

Very easy to melt! Just be careful to not overcook! The color was pretty, and the quality was what I expected to be.

Not for dipping
This did not melt enough to dip in. Too viscous. I had to add too much coconut oil to make it thin enough to dip in.

Great product for creating treats
Great buy and tasted great. I love how easy it was to melt and use. the appearance of it on pretzels and treats looked great. For the size of the bag for what I was making it was just the right amount of it to make approximately 50 pretzel sticks.
