SIMPATCH – Adhesive Patch for Dexcom G6 with Strap (25-Pack) – Waterproof Adhesive, CGM Patches – Multiple Color Options

My husband wears the Dexcom 5 monitor and these are PERFECT for keeping it in place. Now, mind you, no joke, my husband is a hairy, sweaty bastard of a man, and these stay IN PLACE and have remained in place through his manly sweatiness, showers AND swimming. Very impressed. He also likes the pretty blue they come in. LOL. Recommended, definitely.

These work very well for us. These came in extremely handy when we went on a cruise. Normally with all the water activities his pump sites come out but I put the strap right over the top at the edge then pulled the side out to leave good space to plug back in and we didn’t have any early changes! We mainly use IV3000 for infusion sets since they don’t need to last as long but those get gross quick in water. We also use these patches if his site is in a place where it’s likely to catch and I want to make sure the cannula held in place.Strap isn’t really necessary to keep transmitter in for Dexcom but I like these because we can use for sites too. They seem expensive but when you look at how many days you wear them it’s a pretty low annual cost compared to replacing sensors and sites that pull out.

We love the simpatch! It holds my daughter Dexcom in place very nicely. One of the things I love is that it leaves no glue residue at all!! We have tried other patches and while they’re designs are all fun and cool they leave so much glue residue I actually had to use like coconut oil to take it off which was a very messy job. With the simpatch we don’t have this problem!! I think it’d be cool however if they added more colors! I buy them in every color.

Simpatch is probably the best adhesive medical tape product for its purpose. The best that I have used. It holds CGM sensors for up to 14 days. It holds my infusion sets for longer than I should be wearing them, so I’ll just say you get a good 4–day hold with them. I use an extra plain circular patch to tape my tubing of my infusion set so that if it snags on a door knob or something, it won’t pull out, or by the time the first patch catches, there is time to stop before the second patch and infusion set attachment gets disturbed.I would love more color options but that’s not a big deal. I do love that the Dexcom G6 overpatch come with or without the strap to go directly over the G6.I love using reliable adhering patches better and that’s Simpatch.

Wonderful product and exceptional customer service! My son is a T1 diabetic and we use to hold on his Dexcom g6 cgm. It says it will stay on for 10 days - the first patch didn’t last 6 days (although he was swimming a lot). I contacted the company and they offered some tips on how to keep it on and sent me an entire new package of simpatches in case it was defective!

I wish supplies like this didn't cost so much regardless if they were eligible for flex spending. However the product is easy to use, it hears very well and the company who makes omnipod should recommend these instead of Tegaderm film which is useless. I've had numerous times where my body perspiration has caused adhesive on the omnipod to wear off and fall off. I've used skin adhesive such as Skin tack on top of the omnipod and Tegaderm with no success. Since I've used this there have been no issues with adhesion. I was out recently on a warm day and I was sweating a lot and I didn't have any problems losing my insulin device.

The patch itself is decent quality. It lasts about 4-5 days. But it caused a horrible, itchy, burning rash on my son. It's taken weeks to heal.

Adhesive is very strong, which is a GREAT thing, will for sure use adhesive remover next time as you kiddo was not a fan of removal without it. LOVE the "seatbelt" part to help keep our 3 year old from trying to play with it, overall pretty great. Took a little practice to get it on without bunching up the sticker, but its been great.
