The media could not be loaded. Appears to be sturdy, inflated pretty quickly and easy initial setup. A lot smaller than expected is my only complaint but everything else is superb. Hoping to get a lot of use out of this bounce house for my sons upcoming birthday next month and for years to come. Box did come pretty damaged but figured it's really heavy and these mail guys probably struggled with it but so far product does not seem to be damaged.

It’s great other then the fact we thought it was bigger by the discerption and so we was disappointed in that, but it’s a great bounce house/ water slide for the kids. Definitely don’t recommend for any kids 9/10 and up tho, no adults.

The bounce area is smaller than I expected, but the slides are the perfect size for 3 to 6 year olds and they just run up and down them anyway so it works out. Unfortunately our blower motor got taken out by a nearby lightning strike while it was unplugged and deflated. I came back to see what size blower I need and see reviews claiming you need two to keep it inflated. This is just not true, I have to assume they didn't close all the flaps or something, it has a zipper flap on each side and a Velcro flap under each slide, with the supplied blower I and my 240lb self have no problem jumping down the waterslide and bouncing around the house. It does have provisions to hook up a second blower, but if you cinch the second tube closed it tucks back into the bounce house base and has a flap to cover it. I only give four stars because all their pictures really do lead you to imagine a larger house.

This is not for kids over 5. The bounce part is to short. My grands are 7 & 9 and neither of them are tall and they had to bounce on their knees because when they stood on their feet their heads hit the top. If it’s opened you will have to pay to return it on your on dime. They do not honor free returns. It cost over $500.00 to return it and we had to find a shipping company that could shop it because FEDEX and USP wouldn’t due to them requiring it be shipped on a pallet. I definitely would not recommend this product or doing business with this company.

This slide / bounce house was perfect! We held a Back To School Carnival and the kids loved it!I wish I knew it was going to be very hot that day, because if I did, I would've used the water option on the slides! The material seems very durable. The seams were all perfect. Quick inflation AND deflation. I can't wait to use this again, and again! It will pay itself off in no time. Some thing to rent like this would've been around $300-$350 a pop!I have so many plans to make use of this!

Unfortunately, this bounce house material was not as thick as I would have liked. EVEN MORE UNFORTUNATE... I did have to pay for return shipping, which set me back over $300. Company was very good about me returning it, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars.

Had issues with shipping, the blower only came in the mail. Talked to sellers and addressed my issues with the shipping. Real prompt service and contacted me every step of the way. The inflatable is really sturdy and hardy. Over 4th of July weekend we had about the 5 kids in the blow up, ages from 3 to 6. The slides are awesome and connecting the water is really easy as well. The outlets for the water slides are Velcro onto the inflatable. A person can easily take the tubing off of the inflatable. Children played all day in and out. Would though recommend a trap underneath the inflatable. The one blower was produced enough air for the kids to bounce in.
