The sliders are very tight and difficult to install but that was probably mostly due to user error and stubbornness. I elected to install the sliders while the window was still in the door instead of taking the window out to fix it. The regulator does seem to have more strain on it but I attribute that more to age than the new sliders.Tips for installation:-Clean the tracks very well-Grease the tracks lightly on top and bottom-Put a generous amount of grease in the low points on the top and bottom of the slider-make sure the sliders move with relative ease-Make sure there are no small children around because you’re going to swear like a drunken sailor while trying to get the clips back on the sliderI’d definitely recommend these over the blue ones on here, just take your time.

I don't know what these things cost from BMW, or if they're even available there anymore, but these are handy to have around when you're piloting an old German buggy. With the entire window mechanism made of Aluminum and steel, it only stands to reason the SINGLE plastic part is going to be the point of failure. This is a VERY inexpensive way to fix a common problem with older BMWs Glad I found them on Amazon. Perfect fit and my window works again! 😁

The ball joint bit is too loose, and the portion that goes in the slider is too wide. Basically the fitment is crap, don't bother with these.

Fit perfect good quality

95 e36 sedan. The clips fit, but they are way too tight. I'm going to have to lightly sand each corner down hoping that will help them glide better. Id look somewhere else for a clip that fits better
