Heavy metal and the right screw threads and length. Second time with this purchase.

Paid a lot more to get the real Makita product. Paid the money and I know they will last for years. I didn't want to hassle with trying out aftermarket products and being let down

Every time I use this hook to attach my Makita tool to my belt. My tool dutifully levitates by my side, awaiting my good pleasure, when I will again snatch it from the auspices of the great sky hook to masterfully torque some screw to oblivion. In other words. Hook work good 👍🏼.

I'm pretty sure this the only clip my Mikita lith ion drill would take, but it's a great clip regardless. Sturdy and a good space between both sides so it clips to tool belts, pants, ladders, whatever.

I ordered this item from another seller ( it was cheaper) and it came without the screw. I called them and was informed it didn't need a screw. I explained that it did but the customer rep could not help me at all. I really don't think he knew anything about the product. I went back to the first seller, ordered it and it arrived quickly with the screw it needed. Another great example of how true the old saying is: buy cheap and you will but twice! This is a very handy item to have on your drill or impact driver. I think now they come on the new drills. I just took delivery of a new impact driver and the clip came with the tool.

Exactly what my husband wanted. He got 2, one for the drill and one for a Makita impact gun. Fits both.

I got this for a stocking stuffer for my husband who said it's a great little gizmo! Fits the Makita perfectly. He says he would like another one for his other drill.
