I bought a magnet rated at 888 lb. and this rope is rated at 1102 lb.Mine is actually 9mm as apposed to the 8mm listed.I don't have to worry about breaking the rope, though I may have to have a winch to recover both if I hook on to that vault full of jewels!

I used it once so far, and it's lived up to its ratings😁 so far so good.

Pretty decent and strong for the price. However, the locking carabiner is worthless. I highly recommend cutting it off and tying your directly onto the magnet eyelet using a Palomar knot

I used this to make a lead for my dog to be able to go outside. It works perfectly. The end attaches right to her collar.

My hubby just started magnet fishing and he loves this rope. He hasn’t pulled up anything good yet but this rope is handy when he is pulling.

This is THE BEST rope for magnet fishing!
