I was surprised that it came packaged in such a nice box. Makes it easy giving as a gift (saved me another trip to the store). I liked the quality of the necklace and it even came with a key to the padlock. Best of all, I bought it for my girlfriend and she loves it!!. I really like the way it looks on her. Overall very impressed and I definitely would buy again.

Looked so pretty, before I unboxed it.Chain is very flimsy, at least 6 chain pieces arent closed properly.Very light weight, doesn't lay right.Contacted me 6 days ago to fix the problem, nothing since.

The necklace has a substantial weight and feel and the lock is proportionally sized perfectly for the chain. I've only had it for a few days but so far no sign of skin irritation or pitting on the necklace or lock. I wanted to have a spare key and the seller was very friendly and responsive, arranging to immediately send a key.

wow! this is so beautiful! it was so much more than i expected considering the price. but it’s definite quality and comes in a very lovely box if you’re gifting this lovely necklace. i’m extremely happy with it! there is, however, only one key included with the locking necklace-which makes me nervous as i’m always misplacing things. LOL! the manufacturer is so focused on customer service that you could probably get a second key just by request or a small fee. i love this necklace. it looks so beautiful on!

Very cute necklace, and the seller is amazing, understanding, and friendly.The padlock especially is very cute, and very sturdy. The lightweight chain is comfortable and easy to wear, as it does not weigh you down. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cute yet edgy accessory. 🖤

This necklace is ok. It feels cheap and its bulky. I did try to bend a chain to see sturdiness and nothing happened so that's good. Wouldn't recommend i thought it was going to be real silver for some reason.Edit I ended up returning, i was worried it would turn my neck green.

Well made for the metal plated plastic. The lock is really nice to create adjustment in the chain to make it more customizable. I wish it came with 2 keys though. The one tiny key is not high quality metal and might break in the future.

Cute! Not too heavy, i use the lock more often than the chain nowadays bc its mostly silver now but thats to be expected, love it and would buy it again!
