As advertised. This is a well-constructed, museum quality cardboard archival storage box. Not flimsy, very sturdy. I have several of these that I frequently open to either review or add new items. Not only a good performer, but these are easily stackable given uniform design, heavy-grade cardboard and metal corners. The only knock: a mild odor associated with the protective chemicals used when the box used. But it dissipates after 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend.

Terrific product for archival storage of family documents that aren't standard size. I chose this particular item for its clamshell lid which I felt would be much easier to open than an archival box, especially for items that are accessed often. This folio style box definitely fit the bill.Features include sturdy construction with metal corners, a lid that is heavy enough to stay closed, and a convenient arched tab on the side that allows for easy opening. The interior is also generously sized to allow 9" x 12" documents to lay flat, instead of being squished along the sides. The interior height is 1 ¾ .I've loaded an assortment of documents in the two boxes and appreciate how this dimension fits well on a standard bookcase. The sturdiness of the product also means that it can be easily stacked with out fear of crushing. Will definitely buy again.

Purchased this box to keep my posters I haven’t yet had a chance to hang out of tubes and away from dust. It’s built of a heavy-duty cardboard-akin material, with metal reinforcements in the corners. It’s done a great job thus-far, with none of my posters fading at all. However, I do wish it were better-built for the price. It is similar to cardboard, after all, and does not close tightly. Halve the price, and it’s a great deal.

Years ago, I started buying these boxes to store the kids are after we displayed them for a bit (curated of course). They are just the right size that some of the slightly larger pieces still fit in. Over the years the price has really gone up on them, but I still buy them because they are sturdy, and they seem to hold up well.I fully expect them to last until the kids are adults and I can give them to them to peruse their childhood artwork (or throw it away.....options).I did get some white on black labels for my Dyno label maker so I could put the kids names on their boxes.(in the picture, the bigger one is the first one I bought, before I realized I shouldn't do 8.5x11. These wider/taller ones are really better for the artwork. Also picture is because I'm moving offices and I have them all pulled out and stacked. )

These boxes are very sturdy and perfect for storing important documents that need to be preserved.

Wanted a box to fit my 11x14 inch photobook and also keep my ephemera with it. This archival box fits perfectly and will be easy to store and view later with mementos. Will order again !
