Complete
The finish is good and the valve works well. It's annoying that a device designed to take a 1/4 tube uses hateful metric fasteners. This can be a very challenging install if you don't have someone holding the fixture straight while you tighten it down. I'm installing in a stainless steel sink so no problems with shank length.

Product description wrong. No refund after 30 days
This water dispenser states in the description and in the enclosed spec sheet that it has a 2.1/2 inch mounting shank. It is only 2 inches. This will not fit if you have thick counter top. Contacted seller and they said it was a problem from their supplier and I could order a shank extender. Since it has been more than a month since I ordered this dispenser before my plumber could install, there seems to be no way to get a refund. I ordered new faucet (different model) from same supplier and it was correct with 2 1/2 inch shank.

This item was a little pricey but matched my black sink. Small chip on the end tip showed exposed brass, but I touched it up.
