A great laptop for the price!
For the pricepoint, this laptop is fantastic. The keyboard IS backlit and comfortable to use. The trackpad is not as finicky as most Windows laptops. The screen is great, again for the pricepoint, and has an anti-glare coating to keep the sunshine and glare out. The USB C port supports charging but must be 65W. Upgrading the RAM to 16GB is about $30, but worth it! We are happy with the couple we have bought and will continue to purchase more.

Memories problems
My machine has been giving me memories error, unfortunately I am an accountant and I couldn’t returned on time I talked to my technician and he told me not to return it because he can fix the problem. But because of the tax season the machine is been slowing down my job because it reboots itself at least twice a day. I should give my technician 2 stars two because he got me stock which this junk every time does that I have to press F1 to restart the computer

I do advice you to update to 16GB memory.
