Wix makes an excellent filter. It fit my 2013 4cyl Accord. Some filter do not quite cover the whole filter pad, but this Wix does.

Excellent quality oil filter for extra piece of mind. I don't always get my oil changed when I'm supposed to and my family is the same way. It isn't unusual to exceed my OCI by a thousand miles or more. This filter has a proven increase in dirt capacity with superior filter media and can easily handle the extra miles. Every car in the family fleet has one of these filters on it.

these are the best oil filters available IMHO. you can certainly get by with a standard duty oil filter (WIX) BUT you need to make sure you keep up your maintenance schedule. I don't trust the robot reporting from the DIC. About 65% of what it says is what I go with and I don't buy crappy oil or filters. With that said, there was a dent in this filter that should not be there. Better packaging is required.

This 57356xp is made in Mexico. On box it says see product for country of manufacture. Looks to be good quality but does appear to have more small steel shavings left in threads than the “puro lator one PL14610” I also got to compare for the same application. That one is usa made, even though it also has the mann + hummel logo on it so m&h appears to own both companies. I usually try to remove any thread shavings if possible, otherwise they can be pushed inside the filter as you thread it on, and once oil flows these shavings may flow unfiltered into the oil galleries & bearings of the engine you are trying to protect. (This is possible since the center hole is actually the out port of oil flow)

WIX Oil filter is excellent for me no problems I saw some people said that the threads were off and made wrong to thread on ? Well I started to put mine in my car and at first it seemed like it was a bad thread. So I said to myself hold up slow down and I backed it off inspected it was fine so put it on with a not so forceful hand and it threaded beautiful! No problem! I love I love using this brand it’s awesome for My Acura TSX 2010 63,000 miles on it I recommend slow down not so fast to put iFilter on you might cross thread it
