Q: If the batteries go dead how do you get into your house with the DB2 without a key?

Hi there, All Alfred locks will warn you well ahead of your batteries draining, but should you find your batteries completely empty, there is a Micro USB port on the bottom of the front pin pad of all Alfred locks that can be used to provide emergency power, enter your pin code and unlock your door. Any standard phone charger pack or even a cord from your phone itself will power the lock sufficiently. Thanks!

Q: It mention key entry but i dont see one on the video or the lock itself. Does it reall have one ?

the DB2 is available with a key override, the part number is a DB2B. both locks appear similar but the DB2B has the key available if needed. The DB2 has a slightly sleeker appearance but both operate in the same fashion. Thank you the Alfred Team
