The Faucet looks fantastic. It installed and connected very easily. It works very nice. The height is just right for refilling my water bottle. I am extremly satisfied and highly recommend this product.

We are happily using the iSpring Reverse Osmosis from 2019 and right after installation even the taste of the water was entirely different and simply delicious. After changing main filters, we see how dirty water is and iSpring system is making the real work and it is reliable and simple in design as well. When faucet was started to drip after many years iSpring customer support manager was kind enough with the guidance and new replacement took an hour to replace and now works flawlessly. Highly recommending this system, manufacturer and service. Kim.

easy to install works great looks good

I bought this faucet 2years ago. A very good value for what you get. Well built and looks great next to my stainless kitchen faucet. Not easy to be able to match these things but the brushed nickel matches nicely with the stainless. Works great!

Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle.I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service!I have installed a similar set up at my mother's place and we both are very happy with the items.Great quality, great looks and great customer service!

Using this with a pre-existing Franke (ceramic filter) water filtration system. My installation went very quickly and the instruction set provided was complete, easy to understand and thorough. I like that the company provided two quick-connect adapters, for 1/4-in and 8/3-in plumbing. I didn't need the 3/8-in but I could see that heading off a potential frustration. The style is very nice and a huge upgrade over our old "Franke" faucet.Couple of drawbacks:- As iGanja points out in his review, the valve lets air into the system making the water cloudy for a few minutes. It was tough explaining this to the wife, who thought I had screwed something up. Guests also give you a side-ways eye when you hand them a milky glass of water. The air goes away quickly but it's still a bummer. The Franke faucet did not have that problem.- The goose neck is kind of loose even after tight installation. It wiggles a bit as you turn it. Feels a bit flimsy.For those two reasons I took off a star. Of course, I'd prefer if it was made anywhere other than China.EDIT UPDATE :Since my first review I've installed a second one of these. The second one had no air in the valve issues and the water runs clear. The first faucet actually cleared up after about a month so no more cloudy water. Works great, so adding a 5th star!

Good looking product unfortunately One of the seals started leaking but sean at ispring immediately sent out a new one. Great customer service. It's rare that any company cares after they have your money. I'm impressed

We purchased the iSpring faucet to replace the one which came with our Frizzlife filter system (set up 2 years ago), which had been leaking steadily. The quality of materials and workmanship of the iSpring unit was immediately evident upon installation. (If you are able, I recommend the under-the-sink installation procedure.) Leaking disappeared right away, and the base of this faucet stays in place, unlike the prior one which would swivel whenever the spigot was moved to start the water flow.So after a week, we are totally satisfied. If any concerning issues develop within the near future, I will update accordingly.(Thanks to Julius for helping with the product registration.)
