All of the sudden - well it felt like all of the sudden - I started having peri menopause symptoms - they snuck up on me so that I did not notice them all at once - muscle tension and night sweats causing bad sleep, mood swings, sadness and general grumpiness when I am usually an upbeat person. I started lacking energy and not wanting to do the things I normally loved. This was just getting worse and worse.... then I realized it was peri menopause. I have been taking Nature's Way AM/PM Perimenopause pills for almost 2 years now and I honestly don't think I could have the quality of life I do now, without them. Before I started taking them, the hot flashes, the mood swings, the impatience-it was getting to be too much and was at times, just completely overwhelming. I felt out of control and hopeless. I felt like I wasn't just wasn't "me" anymore. It was like I was in a permanent state of uncontrollable PMS, that Pamprin just couldn't fix & also, I didn't want to take Pamprin everyday. Honestly don't care what these smell like - they smell terrible - because they do help to control my mood. However, and this is a big however, I signed up for the monthly subscription, but the second shipment isn't scheduled to arrive until six weeks after the first 30 day dosage.If this review seems crabby, it's because I quit what I was taking before to take this remedy, and now they've left me stranded for two weeks without anything.

So, I'm 43 and started feeling "weird" about 6 months ago. Hot flashes, anxiety, weight gain... I went to my doctor and they ran a blood test, but my levels came back "normal". I still felt totally off, anxiety symptoms increasing, my face and back of my neck felt tingly and hot all the time, stomach issues, moody... I ordered a menopause test on Amazon and it said I was positive for FSH.. SO, after doing some research I found these tablets, bought them, and started taking them. Within a couple days I started feeling different. I took it as maybe they're working, maybe it's mental. A month later and i rarely ever had "hot face", I had no hotflashes, and the anxiety was gone. I have been taking them for 3 months. So, cut to last week when I was put on antibiotics and decided not to take these while I was on them. BAD CHOICE!!!!!!!!! Anxiety was feeling high the last couple days and today I actually had an anxiety attack, which I have not had in YEARS (decade) and hot flashes are back. Suffice to say I immediately popped one and have learned my lesson to never go off again. Is it a guarantee it will work for you? No. But tehy have most definitely worked for me and will never stop taking them and will share this product with anyone I think could benefit. .

I don’t like the loud stinky smell of these. Not sure if they work because I’ve just recently started taking them.

I like these vitamins, but I never received the order from the seller.

I was taking this for 2 1/2 days AM and PM pills. on the 3rd morning I was really dizzy had light flashes in my eyes and I tested my Blood sugars which is normally in the 90s fasting and it was 154 fasting. I was really sick that day I stopped all the pills and the next day i was perfectly fine and my blood sugars went back to normal. This is not a good choice. While yes it helped with the Night sweats and gave me energy in the day it is not good for blood.
