Must have for burger cooks!
This is great quality product, better than what you can get from Home Depot and it is stainless and thick. Very easy to snatch them crusty burgers off the hot griddle. Set of two makes sense so you can two-hand them bad boys. You can also use them to scrape clean any tough surface. The mirror polish on these guys makes it easier to clean them.

Works as you expect
I use these to help keep bigger flat top spatula clean. Works fine. It’s sharp edged, so be careful when scraping flattop or you could remove seasoning.

Great for a griddle or a plancha
They work great as spatulas and cleaners for a flat griddle. The best solution that I have yet found.

Look closely at the description of what you are purchasing
I bought these thinking that the blade was straight across because that is what the picture looked like to me but when I got them the blades were angled. They work well but you have to be careful because of the angle you can gouge into the cooktop surface leaving scratches which will cause food to stick to your griddle and you will have to reseason those areas.
