A great roller. I'm using this to recover from a leg and knee injury and it works perfectly. I've been using this product everyday, multiple times a day for the last 3 months without any issues. It rolls well, has a soft rubber cover over the roller with comfortable grippy handles. It's the perfect size. I put a ton of pressure on this massage stick when rolling our my calfs and thighs to work out stiffness from muscle atrophy and it can take it. The roller rotates as one continuous piece, not as individual smaller rollers as the picture may suggest. This doesn't make a difference, at least not to me, but something to be aware of for some prior to purchasing.
