VERY basic book on these subjects. That being said, these books provided me with MUCH clarity of my "abilities". Granted, much of the informaiton provided I had read in other books. This author kindly provides the basics in breakdown in all areas of intuitive abilities, short instructions on bettering the intuitive skiils & most especially reminding any who have been guided to these books the courage to stop doubting themselves & embracing these abiltiies w/o judging themselves or allowing themselves to be judged by others bc society is still doing it. Kudo's to the author for writing these type of books!

I LOVE this book. It's a great book for beginners. It's well written and it flows so organically. She's a great writer and I was hooked in the with the first 10 pages. Great read.

This book helped me to be able to understand more about myself. I have been an empath since childhood. I met my Spirit Guide in 1977. He literally saved my life. Had I not listened to him, I would not be here to tell you this. Four friends of mine lost their lives one Friday night as they drove off a cliff on the local mountain. I was warned by my Spirit Guide not to go with them. I still look back on that night and say to myself "what a waste!" These boys had their whole lives ahead of them and then lost their lives. By the way, telepathy and reincarnation are real!

Wasn’t exactly what I expected but she stated the different types of empaths, and also there is information on contacting evil spirits whom she calls “spirit guides”. Also, gemstones which ward off spiritual attacks are listed with their peculiarities. My Protestant Christian wife told me to toss it out.

Being an empath myself I wanted to learn how to do certain things like palm reading and how to better control the gifts I was born with better than I have. This is a FANTASTIC book to start with. I’ve learned what categories my gifts are identified in. I’m learning more control. I’ve learned a few new possible interests like crystal ball reading and stuff like that. I recommend this book for sure.

This book is just disappointing. No depth, just superficial blah blah blah. Not serious for me, the author cannot be found on the internet. Who is she? Reads like a book written by an AI... I love books and can get something out of almost every book - this one is a waste of time and money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The book is superb .Writer has mentioned in brief about the 4 psychic powers tells us how to recognise which of d powers we possesss..how to develop them...how to recognise urself what kind of empath u r and then heal people around you...How to read yr own AURA...diff methods of reading Auraz...how to read people's minds. Common dreams which an Empath sees...how to drive out negative energies..I m still reading the book .have many things to share ..NOT ABLE TO REMEMBER ..HAVE TO READ THE BOOK AGAIN..FOR A BEGINNER TO WORK AS AN EMPATH &HEAL PEOPLE AROUND YOU THIS BOOK IS A REAL GUIDE.whether u heal people around you or not u can drive away negativity /fears etc & stay away or protect urself from misleading people

Is a must for those who needs to understand if they are a sensitive or a physic empath! Lot's of knowledge!
