Q: What is the opening like for the bottle ? Does it pour out too easy ? If so what size if dispenser would work ?

The opening is too big to just pour it over the ice, but they have "spouts" you can buy that fit the top. I just bought one of those cheep plastic catsup & mustard bottles like they have in restaurant's and they work great!
