Back Brace Support for Lower Back Pain for Women and Man

I needed this product more as a back brace than waist trainer and it worked pretty well. I have chronic lower back pain, scoliosis, and deterioration in my spine but at only 30 years old, 5’5”, and 125 lbs, I couldn’t find a brace small enough to provide support and not cut off circulation in my hips from tightening it beyond its limit. I will say that it fits true to size so definitely measure your waist!

Never got to wear this as I had to send it back because of the horrible strong odor the material stinks so bad from chemicals that I would never be able to wear this. Also noticed it was very small I think you should go a little bigger then you think you should. If you are sensitive to smells save your money .

I’ve got it for my husband and I wasn’t sure for the size since I didn’t measure him, he’s pretty skinny and tall so I’ve ordered the M size and it’s just right! A size smaller ore bigger would not fitThe belt looks durable and strongAlso price was convincing

I got this after going to Chiropractor and having issues with my back and posture, that even though the chiro couldn't even help with. This brace helps a lot! It was so relieving and it really was awesome FINALLY getting my posture back! After thinking I was gonna live with my back issues for the rest of my life, this brace literally saved my back!!!
